Exploring The Hawaii Islands


Hawaii, the “Tourist’s Paradise” as might be rightly said, is really a chain of six islands, impregnated using the divine beauty of nature,lying near to the middle of Gulf of mexico, extending 2050 miles from Island of Hawaii to Kure Atoll. This whole archipelago, excepting the military base of Midway Island, belongs to the State of Hawaii.

The sun's rays and surf outdoor recreation, the most active volcanoes attract almost 5 million visitors yearly. Thus tourist clients are Hawaii’s largest source of outside income,besides espresso beans,bananas and macadamia nuts. The mild temperatures are conducive of growing cane sugar,pineapple,flowers and nursery products.Although the six disintegrated islands come under the name Hawaii, but each one of these have their own exclusivity . From the west to east we'll find Kanuai;nicknamed as “Garden Isles” the little, least populated island is recognized as one of the wettest islands on globe, with average of 585 inches of rain each year.

It is considered as the honeymooners destination, having a few of the popular spots like Coconut Coast, Waimea Canyon, Napali Coast, Wailua River; the only real flowing river in Hawaii and also the most famous Paipu Beach Park. Oahu; third largest island under Hawaii, this natural and cultural wonder is most modernized, where Honolulu, their state capital is located. Covering nearly ¾ from the states people, its resident total is about 370,000. Ideal for island hopping, the Waiki Beach, historic museums of Pearl Harbour and also the big surfing waves around the North Shore are attractions. Molokai is smallest island and it is the residence of the majority of Native Hawaiian ancestry.

A couple of hours drive through this island covers the historic capital of scotland- Kaunakakai and Papohaku Beach;the biggest white sands beach in Hawaii. Lanai is tiny island of 140 square miles and it is home to only around 3000 residents, featuring complete privacy without any traffic lights, no junk food centres and only two resorts for tourists; one around the mountains and another across the sea with popular attractions like Lanai City,Garden of Goda and Hulopoe Bay. Maui; the next largest,most visited you have some of the most beautiful beaches,top courses, Whale watching sites. Kahiwa Falls, scenic towns of Hana and Makena Beach State Park are attractions.

Hawaii’s Big island of hawaii or “Big Islands”, as the residents refer to it as, is the largest one with 11 climatic zones and botanical gardens,rainforests,waterfalls and Kilenea; an energetic volcano.Kona,a hotspot, is really a well-known coffee plantation together with various other entertainment spots.
